Our client Rovema GmbH is an internationally leading manufacturer of packaging machines. In aftersales, searching for spare parts requires expert knowledge and research across various systemsโtying up time in daily operations. This is exactly where the ROVEMA team started working with us: Within just a few weeks, we developed an AI-powered pilot application that enables searching through numerous systems and thousands of spare parts with a single query.
