NOVAZOON at the IHK Technology Committee

Transformation requires exchange, diverse perspectives, and a look beyond one’s own organization.

This made the participation of our colleague Fabio Denise Pereira in the IHK Technology Committee meeting on the topic of “Transformation – Perspectives for the Automotive State of Baden-Württemberg” all the more valuable.

The presentation by Laura Keller, who leads Hermann Keller GmbH in its sixth generation, was particularly inspiring. It impressively demonstrated how a company can repeatedly realign and evolve over decades without losing its identity.

The discussions regarding the current state of the automotive industry also showed:
The challenges are significant—yet at the same time, there is still an enormous amount of expertise, innovative strength, and potential in Baden-Württemberg.

Many thanks to Stefan Senitz for the invitation and to all participants for the open and valuable exchange.
