Development of a future-proof HR IT architecture with a state-of-the-art application landscape in the context of the Mercedes-Benz “data-driven” strategy:
- “Global Guiding Principles” for the global Mercedes-Benz HR IT based on strategic objectives
- Holistic IT architecture and system landscape focusing on integrated data management, a cloud-native development platform for in-house developments, and data-based solutions for reporting, analytics, and AI-based assistance
- Requirements analysis, tech scouting, and selection of state-of-the-art technologies and tools
- Operating model for the implementation and operation of the IT architecture and system landscape (including collaboration between international teams, roles and responsibilities, etc.)
