When was the last time you worked on and challenged your business model?

Last Wednesday we took the time to review, analyze and update our own business model. We are continuously developing our status and have established a 3-month cycle for this. In this way, we ensure that we always reflect on current developments and process them as part of a business model analysis.

For a long time we have all been able to come together and take part in the workshop personally. Finally gummy bears, biscuits and chocolate to share in the innovation work again!
